Just a simple support technique. He focuses his chakra into his muscles to boost their performance by a wide margin enabling him temporary super human strength. It's kinda like the thing Tsunade does to be able to break down walls and stuff.

well in regaurds to what kham said. thats what these are for,so the villagers can see ppls moves and know if there coping one of theres. also only me zero and kham can approve your move.

Now that I've thought about it, your right it's more of a skill than a technique. I don't even think I'll use it to much either so.....I'll just leave it up to you guys.
